1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing and using VisualizeBook.app ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our application.
2. Scope of Services
VisualizeBook.app provides an automated AI pipeline that processes documents (PDF, DOCX, TXT, MD) to generate explainer whiteboard animation videos, TTS speech narration overlays, and structured lessons. The outputs are served through our in-browser player or compiled as MP4 video formats.
3. Intellectual Property & Upload Permissions
You retain all ownership rights to the textbooks, slides, or documents you upload. You warrant and represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload these materials and convert them into video formats. We do not assume responsibility for user-uploaded copyright violations.
4. Account Economics & Billing
Our pricing economics operate on a credit system:
• Every account receives 30 free trial credits on sign-up (equivalent to approximately 3 slides).
• Every slide generated consumes 10 credits.
All purchases and subscription plans are processed securely via Dodo Payments. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by consumer protection laws.
5. Disclaimers & Fair Use
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While our AI decomposition pipeline uses state-of-the-art OpenCV and Gemini model components, we cannot guarantee absolute layout transcription accuracy on poorly formatted or scanned image-only PDFs.
